Unit 26: To The Cross

As people began to turn against Jesus, He  journeyed toward Jerusalem where He knew He would be arrested and crucified. Jesus continued to tell people that they needed to repent, and He prepared His true followers for His death. Soon after Jesus arrived in Jerusalem, He was betrayed, arrested, tried, and crucified. 

Key Passage: Philippians 2:8 And being found in human form, he humbled himself by becoming obedient to the point of death, even death on a cross.

Big Picture Question: What did Jesus do to save us? Jesus lived a sinless life, died on the cross, and rose from the dead.
